STXfilms has released the official trailer for the thriller The Mauritanian starring Oscar winner Jodie Foster (The Accused, The Silence of the Lambs), BAFTA nominee Tahar Rahim (A Prophet, The Serpent), Golden Globe nominee Shailene Woodley (Big Little Lies, The Descendants), and Oscar nominee Benedict Cumberbatch (The Imitation Game, Patrick Melrose). The film is distributed by STXfilms and financed and executive produced by 30West and Topic Studios in partnership with BBC Film.

The movie will release on February 19, 2021.
