If you’re interested in digging into the Downtown Abbey film later this month but aren’t 100% caught up with the long-running PBS series? Lucky for you, Universal thought about this ahead of time, and had cast member Lesley Nicol, who plays Mrs. Patmore, give a rundown of who’s who in the Downton estate, allowing casual viewers to get up to speed before the film opens on September 13. You can check it out in the post below! Feel free to take notes if you’d like.

The critically acclaimed show’s main cast are set to return for the feature including award-winning actress Dame Maggie Smith,  Hugh Bonneville, Laura Carmichael, Michelle Dockery, and Elizabeth McGovern. In addition to the original cast, Oscar nominee Imelda Staunton (Maleficent, Doctor Who), Geraldine James (Sherlock Holmes), David Haig (Killing Eve), Tuppence Middleton (Sense8), Simon Jones, Kate Phillips, and Stephen Campbell Moore are all set to appear in the film. Matthew Goode who played the role of Henry Talbot will have a brief appearance.
