Life Itself asks what life itself means in new featurette

Amazon Studios has released a new featurette for their new film Life Itself, which asks what “life itself is.” After a montage of the cast, including Olivia Wilde (Her, A Vigilante) and Oscar Isaac (Star WarsAnnihilation) talking about the ups and downs that life typically hands people, 10 strangers, all from different walks of life, share their most personal, introspective, and often heartening answers. You can check out the video in the post below!

As a young New York couple goes from college romance to marriage and the birth of their first child, the unexpected twists of their journey create reverberations that echo over continents and through lifetimes in Life Itself. Director and writer Dan Fogelman (This Is Us) examines the perils and rewards of everyday life in a multigenerational saga featuring an international ensemble that also includes Antonio Banderas (The Mask of Zorro), Annette Bening (American Beauty), Olivia Cooke (Ready Player One), Peris-Mencheta (Resident Evil: Afterlife), Laia Costa, Alex Monner and Mandy Patinkin (HomelandThe Princess Bride). Set in New York City and Carmona, Spain, Life Itself celebrates the human condition and all of its complications with humor, poignancy and love.
