The Incredibles 2 Teaser Set to Premiere Tomorrow

Disney*Pixar has announced that the first teaser trailer for the long-awaited Incredibles 2 will premiere tomorrow, Saturday November 18, during ESPN’s College GameDay broadcast. Check out the announcement below and tune in here for the full teaser trailer!

Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter, Sarah Vowell, and Samuel L. Jackson will reprise their voices in the film and joining them will be Huck Milner as Dash. Writer/director Brad Bird returns for the animated film which puts the family into an expanded universe that includes new allies, a brand-new villain, and will put Holly Hunter’s Elastigirl at center stage.

“‘Incredibles 2’ is really a family film, it’s just that the family happens to have super powers,” Bird said this summer at D23. “They may have super speed or super strength, but they experience the same problems as any family.”

Studio head John Lasseter also previously revealed to IGN that the Incredibles 2 opening will actually pick up right where the first one left off.

“It starts right as the first one finishes, so it just carries on,” Lasseter said, adding that only “a minute” will have passed between the first and second Incredibles. “It starts with the Underminer and a big old set piece. You know that at the end of the first movie when he comes up and you see the family dressed as superheroes, well that’s where start this movie.”

Released in 2004, the original The Incredibles brought in over $630 million at the global box office. Incredibles 2 will arrive in theaters on June 15, 2018.
