New Coco International Poster Tweeted by Director Lee Unkrich

There is a brand new Coco international poster out, fresh from director Lee Unkrich’s Twitter feed

Director Lee Unkrich posted a brand-new Coco international poster on Twitter today. The Disney•Pixar film, which tells the story of a young boy who visits the Land of the Dead, will hit theaters later this year. We recently got a new image during the D23 Expo showing the main character Miguel (Anthony Gonzalez) and Hector (Gael García Bernal). You can check out the tweet below, and you can view the Coco international poster in our gallery. The poster gives us a look at Miguel’s entire family, both living and dead.

In theaters Nov. 22, 2017, Coco introduces Miguel, an aspiring musician whose family long ago banned music. Desperate to prove his talent and follow in the footsteps of his idol, Ernesto de la Cruz, Miguel makes a fateful decision and finds himself in the Land of the Dead, where he meets his extended family and charming trickster Hector (voice of Gael García Bernal). Together, they set off on an extraordinary journey to unlock the real story behind Miguel’s family history.

Coco features an original score from Oscar-winning composer Michael Giacchino (UpRogue One) and additional songs co-written by Germaine Franco (DopeShovel Buddies) and Molina. Also part of the team is musical consultant Camilo Lara of the music project Mexican Institute of Sound.

Directed by Lee Unkrich (Toy Story 3), co-directed by Adrian Molina (story artist Monsters University) and produced by Darla K. Anderson (Toy Story 3), Disney•Pixar’s Coco will be released on November 22, 2017.
