20th Century Fox is set to develop Riders on the Storm, from a pitch by Sean O’Keefe, Deadline reports.
The high concept idea involves a group of robbers who target their heists to coincide with natural disasters like hurricanes or tornados, taking advantage of the chaos they create.
O’Keefe is best known as the writer of the video games Lair and Pursuit Force. It is said that the concept for Riders on the Storm originated as a videogame pitch, but was reworked for its big screen potential.
