Lucasfilm’s upcoming Red Tails has debuted a brand-new poster design for attendees of this year’s New York Comic Con. You can check the retro comic book look, illustrated by the legendary Joe Kubert, below.
Set to be released by 20th Century Fox on January 20, 2012, Red Tails is a high-flying action epic inspired by the heroic exploits of the first all African-American aerial combat unit. Red Tails is produced by Rick McCallum and Charles Floyd Johnson and directed by Anthony Hemingway (“Treme,” “The Wire,” “Battlestar Galactica”).
