Both Megan Fox and John C. Reilly have joined the cast of the upcoming comedy The Dictator, says a story at The Hollywood Reporter.
The film, currently in production, reunites the Borat and Bruno actor/director pair of Sacha Baron Cohen and Larry Charles, is said to be aiming for heavy improvisation and is inspired by Saddam Hussein’s novel “Zabibah and the King.” It will feature Cohen as both a goat-herder and an oppressive dictator who finds himself lost in America.
In addition to Cohen, Fox and Reilly, the cast includes Anna Faris, Alec Berg, Jeff Schaffer, David Mandel and Ben Kingsley.
The Dictator with the film scheduled to hit theaters on May 11, 2012.
