The one thing these Avengers: Age of Ultron visual effects breakdowns are missing are shots of the stars performing 100% without the effects, and I’m primarily referring to wanting to see shots of Elizabeth Olsen as Scarlet Witch waving her arms around without a single layer of digital manipulation over her performance. We do get a green screen shot of Thor (Chris Hemsworth) lifting Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and plenty of freeze frame moments as layers upon layers of effects are added to a scene, but this is one film I’d love to see the entire scenes without a single bit of visual wizardry added.
