Two movies in the theater, a couple at home and a little “Game of Thrones” made for a busy week this week, not to mention one good basketball game last night.
First it was Furious 7 (read my review) kicking off the week, then it was Ex Machina, which I’ll be reviewing soon enough, though you can read Mike’s review here. Suffice to say, beware, the singularity is coming to get you and it’s worth the fear.
Then, at home on Friday night, we stayed in and watched a free movies on cable. First it was the last half of Point Break, then it was Red 2, which i actually enjoy, though we only watched it because my choice to watch Edge of Tomorrow again was vetoed.
Finally, after watching the Final Four last night, I watched the first three episodes of the fifth season of “Game of Thrones”. I don’t want to say too much, because we’ll have more than enough coverage of this season once it premieres, but watching multiple episodes at once is really the best way to go. I am, however, thinking I need to go back and rewatch all four previous seasons again just to get my bearings. It’s a lot of work keeping up with everyone on this show.
