I have to assume this is one that will get a lot of people excited as Fox Searchlight has now made available the script for Alejandro G. Gonzalez‘s Birdman, written by Gonzalez, Nicolás Giacobone, Alexander Dinelaris, Jr. and Armando Bo. This one is competing in a packed Original Screenplay category against the likes of Richard Linklater‘s Boyhood, The Grand Budapest Hotel, Whiplash, Foxcatcher, Mr. Turner, A Most Violent Year, Selma and Nightcrawler just to name a few, though only a few of those are available for download below.
We are now up to fourteen screenplays freely available for download and among that bunch we also have Gillian Flynn‘s adaptation of her own novel, Gone Girl, Nick Hornby‘s adaptation of Cheryl Strayed‘s memoir Wild, The Theory of Everything, The Fault in Our Stars, Get On Up and several more and hopefully even more on the way soon.
