Drake Doremus made a bit of a splash with Like Crazy in 2011. His 2013 film, Breathe In, however, went more-or-less unnoticed. His next film won’t likely be so incognito as it stars X-Men: Days of Future Past star Nicholas Holt and Kristen Stewart.
The film is Equals and the first picture from the futuristic love story has arrived courtesy of Variety. In the film, Hoult and Stewart play characters in a future where emotions have been wiped out, but viral outbreak threatens to bring them back.
Guy Pearce and Jacki Weaver co-star in the film, which is being produced by Scott Free Films and sounds like a film that will obviously premiere at Sundance in January.
