I just found out I have a very exciting Monday coming up as I’ll be catching David Ayer‘s Fury at noon and David Fincher‘s Gone Girl in the evening. Quite a double feature if I may say so and while most press have either already seen or will have seen Gone Girl by this Friday, I guess I’ll just have to pull up the rear and deliver the final word on the film’s quality.
That said, the promotion on the adaptation of Gillian Flynn‘s thriller continues today with the first clip from the movie in which Nick (Ben Affleck) and his wife Amy (Rosamund Pike) first meet, ahead of the events that will take place on the couple’s fifth wedding anniversary, when Nick reports Amy has gone missing and the questions begin to mount.
Gone Girl hits theaters on October 3.
