Scheduled for an April 23, 2010 release, the 20th Century Fox film also stars Josh Brolin, Frank Langella, Carey Mulligan, Susan Sarandon, Vanessa Ferlito and Charlie Sheen.
In the follow-up, LaBeouf plays Jake Moore, a young Wall Street broker who is the fiancé of Gordon Gekko’s (Douglas) daughter, played by Carey Mulligan.
