2014 Oscar Screenplays: ‘Bling Ring’, ‘Spring Breakers’ and ‘Spectacular Now’ Added

After adding three more screenplays yesterday, I have another three today as A24 has made available the screenplays for Sofia Coppola‘s The Bling Ring, Michael H. Weber and Scott Neustadter screenplay for The Spectacular Now and Harmony Korine‘s script for Spring Breakers.

The most interesting thing about these three, for me, is you won’t find one of the more memorable scenes in the film in the script since it was improvised on the spot by James Franco. Of course, I’m speaking of the “Look at my shit” scene, which I have for you below just in case you needed a reminder.

Look at all my shit. I’ve got shorts, every fucking color. I’ve got designer t-shirts. I’ve got gold bullets for motherfuckin’ vampires. Scarface on repeat. Constant, y’all. Got Escape — Calvin Klein Escape — mix that shit up with Calvin Klein Be. Smell nice, I smell nice. This ain’t a bed, this is a motherfuckin’ art piece. My motherfuckin’ spaceship. USS Enterprise, I go to different planets on this motherfucker. Me and my fucking Franklins’ here we take off! Look at my shit.

Add these three new screenplays to the previous lot and we’re up to 19 for download. This includes screenplays for Before Midnight, The Croods, Despicable Me 2, Frozen, Kill Your Darlings, Monsters University, The Past, Rush, Wadjda, Mud and Lone Survivor along with the three new ones I added yesterday for Fruitvale Station, Lee Daniels’ The Butler and One Chance.
