In addition to last month’s slate announcement, Universal Pictures has added two more films to its upcoming release schedule.
The studio has set a July 30, 2010 release date for the third installment of the “Meet the Parents” franchise, Little Fockers. Directed by Paul Weitz, the comedy stars Ben Stiller, Robert De Niro, Owen Wilson, Teri Polo and Blythe Danner.
Other films scheduled for that date are Beastly, Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore and Morning Glory. We’ll have to see if they want to compete with the “Fockers.”
Universal has also slated the David Gordon Green adventure-comedy Your Highness for October 1, 2010. Danny R. McBride, James Franco, Natalie Portman and Zooey Deschanel star.
The movie joins Alpha and Omega and The Roommate on that date.
