First Look at Andrew Dice Clay and Louis C.K. in Woody Allen’s ‘Blue Jasmine’

So the plot of Woody Allen‘s Blue Jasmine tells us it’s a story centered on a fashionable New York housewife who has her life together and a neurotic in the midst of the final stages of an acute crisis. I know Cate Blanchett plays the title character, Jasmine, and Sally Hawkins plays Ginger, which tells me Hawkins is the New York housewife and Blanchett is the neurotic if I’m to take the title literally.

That said, I have a crop of four new pictures from the film today featuring both Blanchett and Hawkins as well as their supporting cast including Max Casella as Eddie, Bobby Cannavale as Chili, Peter Sarsgaard as Dwight, Alec Baldwin as Hal, Andrew Dice Clay as Augie and Louis C.K. whose character’s name I don’t know, but by the looks of it he may be playing Hawkins’ husband, bu the second picture below suggests otherwise.

The film was thought as a potential entry in the 2013 Cannes Film Festival, but that’s not going to happen as Sony Pictures Classics will begin rolling the film out in New York and Los Angeles on July 26 with additional markets to follow throughout the summer.
