Universal has done a great job capitalizing on the success of the Fast and Furious franchise and getting people excited for Fast & Furious 6 by holding their cards close to the chest and going big on Super Bowl Sunday with a new trailer and now following that up with a three-minute trailer this morning and now 14 new pictures from the film.
Fast & Furious 6 brings back Vin Diesel and Paul Walker as Dom and Brian, who, along with the rest of their group, have scattered across the world following the Rio heist, but something is afoot.
Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Luke Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Michelle Rodriguez). The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London. Payment? Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again.
Fast and Furious 6 hits theaters on May 24.
