Oscar Screenplays: ‘The Master’, ‘Silver Linings Playbook’, ‘Quartet’ and ‘Looper’

UPDATE: Even more scripts have been added to the list with the latest update including Django Unchained and Flight. Click here for the complete list.

The Weinstein Co. has finally offered up a few of their scripts including Paul Thomas Anderson‘s screenplay for The Master, David O. Russell‘s screenplay for Silver Linings Playbook and Ronald Harwood‘s perfectly sweet, if not pedestrian, adaptation of his own play with Quartet.

On top of that, Columbia Pictures and TriStar have woken up and realized Rian Johnson‘s screenplay for Looper may have a shot at an Original Screenplay nod if people are simply reminded of its existence following its recent win with the National Board of Review. So that too has been added to a list that now totals 27 screenplays available for download.

I am hoping I can allow you to download a copy of the Les Miserables screenplay shortly, but for the time being there are some copyright issues and I’m not sure I’m allowed to make it available for you to download. Stay tuned, if I can, I will.

I have also reached out to Warner Bros. and will hopefully hear soon as to whether or not they will make available downloadable versions of their screenplays as well. Hopefully they’ll respond sooner rather than later.

With that, scroll on down and right click and save any of the following screenplays to your computer and get to reading.
