Help Us… Pitbull’s Theme Song from ‘Men in Black 3’ Goes ‘Back in Time’ Plus Alien Sneak Peeks

Studio movies are made to make money. Yes, this is a reality and we all accept it. Most things are made in an effort to make money, this isn’t news. However, when all artistic integrity is lost in the attempt to make money there’s nothing left to do but sigh and look on with a whimper, which is what this newly released title track for Men in Black III has me doing… whimpering and actually making me wish for the days when Will Smith was gettin’ jiggy with it. Even that pseudo-pop rap was better than this.

Back in Time” is from Pitbull and it samples the 1950s hit “Love is Strange” while injecting obvious descriptions of the title characters – “black suits, white shirts, black glasses with a matching tie” – and the ever-so-descriptive “Know that I don’t give a number two” line. Oh man, this is destined to be a classic.

Meanwhile, while that is infecting your eardrums, behind-the-scenes looks at the aliens created for the film by seven-time Oscar winning effects artist Rick Baker (An American Werewolf in London, The Wolfman) have popped up over at Stark Industries (via Bleeding Cool). I included the all-encompassing image above and have included several more below.

Men in Black III hits theaters on May 25.
