I’ll begin with the photo above, which comes from Luxury4Play (via Batman-News). The picture is of a 2012 Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 which will be Bruce Wayne’s (Christian Bale) new ride in The Dark Knight Rises. I’ve included two additional shots at the bottom of this post.
I checked out some of the specs on this ride at its official site and it tops out at 217 mph and features a 690 horse power V12 engine, which is said to be the highest power to weight ratio of any car in its class. Additionally, Wollaton Hall in Wollaton, Nottingham, England is being used as the rebuilt Wayne Manor in the film and Nolan Fans point us to the following video, which isn’t necessarily exciting, but does feature Anne Hathaway as Selina Kyle (aka Catwoman) and Bale as Bruce Wayne catching a cab in the rain.

The Dark Knight Rises is the third Batman film in director Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy and will hit theaters on July 20, 2012.
