While I wasn’t personally on hand to take in the festivities Laremy Legel, RopeofSilicon’s Box-Office Oracle, was in Park City for the first few days of the Sundance Film Festival covering for Film.com. While there he caught such films as Get Low, Howl and Welcome to the Rileys and beyond that there are a slew of other films gaining a lot of buzz, many of which I covered in Part I of my look at what’s coming out of Sundance.
So, as an added bonus Laremy and I conducted a brief audio conversation, getting mini-reviews of his three favorite films as well as a brief conversation concerning the current state of Sundance and the films screened there.
