Unless this film turns out amazing I am already assuming we will never hear from it after this article as Brittany Murphy has signed on to star in 3:30 a.m. for writer/director Mick Davis.
The film is about a young woman who leaves Gotham after the death of her father to work in a country hotel, explores the connection between dreams and reality. Milcoz Films and Future Films are producing
Davis’ only claim to fame was that he was part of the writing team that turned in The Invisible, which was promptly savaged by critics.
As for Brittany Murphy she has slowly disappeared from movies and I don’t see 3:30 a.m. becoming her brilliant comeback. However, I still love “Faster Kill Pussycat” and wouldn’t mind seeing another Paul Oakenfold/Murphy collabo.
