LOHAN AND FONDA HEAD TO GEORGIA
JONES ADDED TO WWE’S CONDEMNED
Yup, those boys at World Wrestling Entertainment are sticking to their word and making movies as they not only have See No Evil starring wrestler Kane coming out on May 19 from Lionsgate and The Marine starring John Cena coming out on Sept. 8 from 20th Century Fox, but also on the way is a “Stone Cold” Steve Austin starrer called The Condemned and good old Vinnie Jones is joining that flick with Scott Wiper set to direct.

Wiper rewrote a script by Rob and Andrew Hedden, in which Austin will play a man on death row in a corrupt Central American prison. He’s “purchased” by a wealthy TV producer, who pits him and nine other condemned men in a battle to the death.

The Condemned begins shooting May 15 in Australia.

JONES AND PASTORE AND TARA REID?
This one is hard to swallow. You would think that after getting the X-Men 3 gig Vinnie Jones’ career was on the right track, but apparently the right track in Hollywood leads to Tara Reid and her brother as Vinnie and Vincent Pastore have joined the cast of 7-10 Split, which stars Tara Reid and Ross Patterson.

The pic revolves around an aspiring actor who becomes the Tiger Woods of the bowling circuit. Together, he and his girlfriend put the fun and edge back into bowling. Pro bowlers Tommy Jones and Wes Malott also appear in the comedy, which is being directed by Tara’s brother Tommy and is currently filming in Los Angeles.

Legendary Pictures has announced they are in development of a feature film based on John Milton’s “Paradise Lost” with Exorcism of Emily Rose writer/director Scott Derrickson attached to direct and help pen the screenplay.

Written in 1667, Milton’s epic poem revolves around the fall of man and the classic battle of good vs. evil, telling along the way the story of Satan/Lucifer, the angel who tries to overthrow God, and the temptation of Adam and Eve and their expulsion from the Garden of Eden.
