Okay folks this is just sick. As I was perusing the JoBlo.com website I noticed a link to this gem, which is well worth the watch.
This has absolutely nothing to do with the upcoming live-action Transformer movie that is currently in development, but it is way too cool not to pass along.
A gentleman by the name of Michael Smith is a professional animator, and on his personal website he has put together a demo of a VW Bug doing that Transformer thing.
To check out the video just click here and scroll down to the spot where it says “June 17, 2003” and click on the pic of the VW Bug. The file is in MPG format and is approximately 4.7 megs, but it is well worth the wait even for you 56k-ers.
