The duo that brought you the Oscar-winning film Speed, but not Speed 2: Cruise Control, are together again as Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock are joining forces for a movie of a different flavor.
The film is Il Mare, a romantic drama for Warner Bros., which finds the two in a story concerning a lonely doctor (Bullock) and a frustrated architect (Reeves) who live in the same house two years apart and fall in love via letters they exchange through a mailbox that mysteriously bridges time.
Argentinian director Alejandro Agresti (ValentÃn) will be at the helm as production is scheduled to begin in Chicago in March.
