Production Begins on ‘The Forgotten’

Filming has begun in New York on Revolution Studios’ “The Forgotten,” a psychological thriller directed by Joseph Ruben and starring Julianne Moore, Dominic West, Gary Sinise, Alfre Woodard, Linus Roache and Anthony Edwards, it was announced today by Revolution Studios partner Todd Garner. The film will be released by Columbia Pictures in 2004.

The film is being produced for Revolution Studios by Oscar(R) winners Dan Jinks and Bruce Cohen (“American Beauty”), and Revolution Studios founder Joe Roth. Steve Nicolaides (“School of Rock,” “Boyz N the Hood”) and Revolution Studios’ Garner are serving as the film’s executive producers. The screenplay is by Gerald Di Pego (“Sharkey’s Machine,” “Message in a Bottle,” “Phenomenon”).

In “The Forgotten,” Julianne Moore stars as Telly Paretta, a grieving mother struggling to cope with the loss of her eight-year old son.
