Ryan Reynolds Shares Deadpool Set Photo with Negasonic Teenage Warhead!

Production continues in Vancouver on 20th Century Fox’s highly-anticipated Deadpool feature film and star Ryan Reynolds has revealed a new set image including our first look at Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead.

“Negasonic Teenage Wat-The-S**t?!” Reynolds writes on Twitter.

Perhaps not well known by some, the character was originally created by Grant Morrison during his influential New X-Men run, and named after a song by Monster Magnet. Negasonic Teenage Warhead is a gifted telepath with vast precognitive abilities. You can check out the image in the gallery below!

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Ryan Reynolds stars as the title character alongside TJ Miller as Weasel, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, Morena Baccarin as Copycat and Ed Skrein as Ajax. The film will also feature the mutant Colossus, though Daniel Cudmore has confirmed he will not appear as the character.

Tim Miller is directing the movie from a script by Zombieland writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Confirmed to be rated RDeadpool is scheduled for a release on February 12, 2016.
