Warner Independent Pictures has bought Scott Rothman’s script Fratboy for Mike Karz (Malibu’s Most Wanted, First Daughter) to produce through his Karz Entertainment.
The comedy revolves around a man brought up in a frat house, raised by generations of house brothers. When he is reunited with his birth mother, he wreaks havoc on her chic home furnishings company with his rowdy, ill-behaved ways.
Karz has several other projects in the works at the studio, including laffer Blended, about families coping with remarriages. Ivan Menchell and Clare Sera are writing the script.
