Disney has released a new image for the upcoming Moana 2, previewing another look at the return of the fan-favorite Disney princess.
The new image sees an older Moana (played by the returning Auli’i Cravalho) with an oar in hand. Behind her appears to be some sort of gigantic creature with foliage growing on it. A pair of eyes can be seen on the side of its face.
Moana 2 is set to be directed by David G. Derrick Jr. and will see the return of both Cravalho and Dwayne Johnson, who will reprise their roles as Moana and Maui, respectively. More casting information is unknown at this time.
