Fans of the Rambo series are in for a treat, as the first and most recent movie in the franchise are getting released in 4K UHD — complete with their own SteelBook.
Both Rambo: First Blood and Rambo: Last Blood will be released on 4K UHD SteelBook, Blu-ray, and digitally on April 2, 2024.
The original film has been restored for the release, while Last Blood will also include a ton of new special features about the production and sound design of the film. Both movies will be available exclusively at Walmart, with the special SteelBook for both retailing for $34.99.
Rambo: First Blood was originally released in 1982, and served as the first entry in the Rambo franchise. The film starred Sylvester Stallone, Richard Crenna, and Brian Dennehy. Last Blood is the most recent film in the franchise, and was released in 2019. That film also stars Stallone, alongside Paz Vega, Sergio Peris-Mencheta, Adriana Barraza, Yvette Monreal, and more.
