The Super Mario Bros. Movie’s ‘Peaches’ Music Video Stars Jack Black

Jack Black is known for his voice acting and musical talent and has fused the two skills in a music video for The Super Mario Bros. Movie. In it, he reprises his role of Bowser and sings and ode to Princess Peach.

The latest song from Black, titled “Peaches,” comes in the form of a surprise collaboration between Cole Bennett, the director and videographer from the multimedia company Lyrical Lemonade. In the song, Black (dressed in Bowser gear) sings about making Princess Peach his love, and doing anything he can to get to her.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie was directed by Aaron Horvath and Michael Jelenic (Teen Titans Go!) from a screenplay written by Minions: The Rise of Gru scribe Matthew Fogel. It was produced by Chris Meledandri for Illumination and Shigeru Miyamoto for Nintendo.

The film features the voices of its all-star cast including Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Charlie Day as Luigi, Jack Black as Bowser, Keegan-Michael Key as Toad, Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong, Fred Armisen as Cranky Kong, Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek, and Sebastian Maniscalco as Spike.
