Batgirl Set Videos Tease Brendan Fraser’s Firefly Suit

As production continues in Glasgow, another set of behind-the-scenes videos for HBO Max’s next DC film Batgirl has surfaced online, teasing one of the film’s many action sequences.

The Batgirl set videos, which you can check out below, provided us with our first glimpse at Brendan Fraser’s Firefly suit. It’s unclear if Fraser was the one wearing the costume or if it’s his stunt double doing the fiery chase scene. Leslie Grace’s titular hero can also be seen in the videos as she pursues the villain down Gotham’s streets on her signature Batcycle.

The hero was first seen in the 1967 Batman series with the late Yvonne Craig playing Barbara. The hero’s first comic book appearance was in Detective Comics #357 by writer Gardner Fox and artist Carmine Infantino.
