Become an Intern for Grey Enterprises with the Fifty Shades of Grey Viral Campaign

Back in January, Universal Pictures launched a viral campaign for its much-anticipated big screen adaptation of E L James’ Fifty Shades of Grey, inviting fans to become faux interns for Grey Enterprises Holdings Inc. Now, the studio is pushing the ARG even farther, releasing an interactive app through which users can complete assignments and move along in their “careers.” Completion of the initial tasks has already revealed two new images, both of which you can either check out in the gallery viewer below or reveal for yourself by clicking on the company logo above.

Opening in theaters on February 13, 2015, the Sam Taylor-Johnson-directed adaptation stars Jamie Dornan, Dakota Johnson, Jennifer Ehle, Luke Grimes, Victor Rasuk, Eloise Mumford, Max Martini, Rita Ora, Marcia Gay Harden and Callum Keith Rennie.

Fifty Shades of Grey (first published in 2011) follows the relationship of 27-year-old billionaire Christian Grey and college student Anastasia Steele. Subsequent novels in the series, “Fifty Shades Darker” (2011) and “Fifty Shades Freed” (2012) explore the couple?s deepening relationship.

Fifty Shades of Grey has become a global phenomenon and the trilogy has been translated in over 50 languages worldwide since its release. To date, the “Fifty Shades” trilogy has sold over 70 million copies worldwide in e-book and print, making it one of the fastest-selling book series ever.
