Jurassic World Teases a New Dinosaur

Director Colin Trevorrow has taken to Twitter today to tease one of Jurassic World‘s new dinosaurs. He posted the below image, showing the shadow of something very big with very sharp teeth.

“Night.” is Trevorrow’s only comment.

The image hits on the heels of our own coverage of this year’s Licensing Expo in Las Vegas where we found, in addition to a 3D T. Rex standee, the below image of Jurassic World tie-in products.

“It’s feeding time!” reads one piece of movie art, accompanied by a silhouette of an aquatic beast. Could this be the owner of Trevorrow’s new shadow?

Set to star Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Ty Simpkins, Jake Johnson, Nick Robinson, Irrfan Khan, Vincent D’Onofrio, BD Wong, Omar Sy, Judy Greer, Katie McGrath, Lauren Lapkus and Andy Buckley, Jurassic World offers a new sci-fi terror adventure set 22 years after the horrific events of the original Jurassic Park. Look for it in theaters June 12, 2015.
