The LEGO Movie Adds Spaceyness with a New Benny the ’70s Astronaut Poster

Already the recipient of a character poster back in November, Charlie Day’s Benny, a 1970s astronaut minifigure, has now been given a second poster design for The LEGO Movie, offering an extreme closeup of his smiling face. Check it out (along with all the previous designs) in the gallery viewer below!

The original 3D computer animated story follows Emmet, an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world. He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously underprepared.

Also featuring the voices of Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Morgan Freeman, Alison Brie, Will Arnett, Will Ferrell, Channing Tatum and Liam Neeson, Phil Lord and Chris Miller’s The LEGO Movie hits theaters February 7, 2014.
