HBO has revealed that the 2020 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony has been rescheduled for Saturday, November 7, with the live broadcast from the Public Auditorium in Cleveland, Ohio kicking off at 8:00 p.m. ET on HBO. This marks the first time the ceremony will be broadcast live on the network.

The 35th annual ceremony and tribute concert was originally scheduled for broadcast on May 2, but due to fears over the COVID-19 epidemic it was postponed by the organization.
Inductees this year include music icons Whitney Houston, Nine Inch Nails, Depeche Mode, The Doobie Brothers, The Notorious B.I.G. and T-Rex. Recipients of the Ahmet Ertegun Award for industry professionals include Bruce Springsteen manager Jon Landau and The Eagles manager/Fast Times at Ridgemont High producer Irving Azoff.
