Wes Anderson Debuts a New Short Film, Casello Cavalcanti

Wes Anderson has debuted a new short film, titled “Casello Cavalcanti,” as part of a new collaboration with Prada (similar to their project with Roman Polanski last year, “A Therapy”). Check it out in the player below!

Longtime Anderson cohort Jason Schwartzman takes the lead role in the seven-minute film, starring as a racecar driver in 1955 Italy. He’ll also soon be back on the big screen in director John Lee Hancock’s Saving Mr. Banks on December 13 and will re-team with Anderson for next year’s The Grand Budapest Hotel, opening March 7, 2014.

Written and directed by Anderson, “Casello Cavalcanti” also stars Giada Colagrande and is produced by the Directors Bureau in association with Hi! Productions.
