Peter Must Rise To The Challenge in New Spider-Man: Far From Home Poster

Sony Pictures has revealed a brand new poster for the highly-anticipated next installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Spider-Man: Far From Home. Featuring the titular webslinger standing in front of a mural for his recently deceased father figure and mentor, Iron Man, you can check out the full image in the gallery below.

Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, Peter Parker is in desperate need of a vacation and decides to head on a school trip to Europe with his classmates and friends, but while travelling abroad, he is enlisted by Nick Fury for a mission to fight against the Elementals and is paired with the extradimensional superhuman Quentin Beck aka Mysterio.

Confirmed Spider-Man: Far From Home cast members include Tom Holland as your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, plus Zendaya as “MJ,” Jacob Batalon as Ned, with Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, and Jake Gyllenhaal will play Mysterio. New additions include comedian J.B. Smoove and Numan Acar (Aladdin) as Dimitri. MCU veterans Samuel L. Jackson (Captain Marvel) and Cobie Smulders will also join Holland’s Spider-Man sequel as Nick Fury and Maria Hill respectively.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is directed by Jon Watts and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers, all returning from Spider-Man: Homecoming. The movie will hit theaters on July 2.
