Josh Duhamel Could Pop Up in Transformers 4

Although Michael Bay is said to be rebooting the human cast for his upcoming Transformers 4, Josh Duhamel, star of the first trilogy, revealed today to The Hollywood Reporter that Bay has said that he’d like the actor’s William Lennox to appear in one form or another.

“[Michael Bay] said he wants to put me in it someplace,” Duhamel told the trade. “I don’t know if he was just saying that because he had me on the phone and he felt obligated or what, but you know what? I got to do three of those. It changed my career, it changed my life getting to be a part of something that big, so I’m grateful for even doing the first three of them.”

Duhamel recently starred in the Nicholas Spark adaptation Safe Haven and can next be seen in the dramatic thriller Scenic Route.

Set to star Mark Wahlberg and Jack Reynor featuring a script by Ehren Kruger, Transformers 4 will begin shooting soon for a June 27, 2014 release.
