The Chipmunks and the Chipettes are back in theaters this Friday in their latest adventure, Alvin and the Chipmunks – Chipwrecked, featuring the return of Jason Lee as Dave, David Cross as Ian, a first appearance by Jenny Slate as Zoe as well as the returning voices of Justin Long, Matthew Gray Gubler and Jesse McCartney as Alvin, Simon and Theodore and Amy Poehler, Anna Faris and Christina Applegate as Elanor, Jeanette and Brittany.
Beginning as Dave and the Chipmunks taking a long-overdue vacation on a cruise ship, the film quickly sees things take a turn for the worse when Alvin’s antics lead to the entire family getting lost at sea and then shipwrecked on a desert island.
