Recently, the dance team leader, Young J, became embroiled in a controversy. Allegedly, the dancer was dating a minor who attended Just Jerk classes.

Dance team Just Jerk’s founder and leader, Young J, addressed the rumors around his dating life with the press. The 32-year-old Korean artist denied dating a minor. He said that the speculation around him dating ‘A’ are true. However, Young J clarified that they started their relationship after she became an adult. He added that he was concerned about the age difference and only pursued ‘A’ after her parents gave him their permission.
The Street Man Fighter star also shared that he is serious about the relationship with his current girlfriend (identity not disclosed). He said that they have discussed the prospect of marriage in the presence of their families. Young J added that he is in a serious relationship with ‘A’. “This is not a fling.”
Meanwhile, Young J has been active in his dance career for over a decade. The Korean dancing machine created the urban dance crew Just Jerk in 2011. Young J claims that Just Jerk’s specialty lies in its unique way of synchronization. The dance crew can seamlessly fuse diverse styles like hip-hop, popping, and b-boying in their choreography.
Just Jerk won Street Man Fighter in November 2022, defeating heavyweight teams like YGX, WDBZ, Mbitious, 1MILLION, BIIB, EO-DDAE, and Prime Kingz. Before winning Street Man Fighter, Young J’s team appeared in the 2017 edition of America’s Got Talent and gained international prominence.
