BLACKPINK Rosé Teases Solo Song ‘Vampirehollie’ on Instagram

K-pop record-breaking act BLACKPINK is set to start a new era with solo activities of all members. After Lisa’s new company launch, Rosé brought her fans a special birthday gift. The K-pop icon shared a short teaser of her new song “Vampirehollie.”

Rosé made her solo debut on March 12, 2021, with the album R. The album consisted of two tracks, “On The Ground” and “Gone.” With soothing vocals and relatable lyrics, Rosé’s debut album took the music charts by storm, selling over 893,140 album units in South Korea.

Since then, Rosé fans have been waiting for a special comeback of the singer-songwriter, and it seems like the time has come.

BLACKPINK Rosé surprises fans with ‘Vampirehollie’ snippet

Rosé is making her 2024 comeback with a new song, “VampireHollie.” The 27-year-old songstress shared a short snippet of the song on her official broadcasting channel on Instagram. Vampirehollie is a gift to her fans, who have stayed by her side since the beginning.

Along with the surprise, Rosé’s heartfelt gratitude touched fans’ hearts. She wrote on the channel, “Thank you so much for all the birthday wishes. I love you all so so so much. I know I’ve been away for a minute, but I’ve been working really hard on some things that I’m excited about. I cannot wait for you all to hear everything!!”

Rosé shared her birthday gift with a wish in return. The singer, gearing up for her next solo music release, asked for suggestions to decide on a fandom name.

While the Gone crooner did not mention much details about the the upcoming song’s release, she shared that “Vampirehollie” is still a stage name. “it’s a song I worked on last year. I will try my best to come back with a better appearance this year,” Rosé shared.

Meanwhile, all members of BLACKPINK chose not to renew their contracts with the music label YG Entertainment. So, the comeback of Rosé will mark a new beginning for the member’s solo activities.
