BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star Trailer: Members open up about their struggles

BTS Monuments: Beyond The Star trailer begins with footage of the Bangtan Sonyeondan boys posing for band photos when they were young. Then, it shows Jungkook’s interview for the Disney Plus docuseries.

He says, “I think the early days of our debut were more challenging than the days of our pre-debut.” Jimin shares that he had this thought in the early days that they have to be better. RM (Kim Nam-Joon) adds that the boys thought they were not “good enough.”

Suga, aka Agust D or Yoongi, further mentions that they were either ambitious or just away from reality. In the trailer, BTS members open up about their struggles to make it big in the K-pop world.

The video further showcases how the members went through a lot of physical stress and pain. The rehearsals went on for long hours, along with promotional events and then the main event, which took a toll on their health, mentally and physically. V, aka Kim Taehyung, says, “I think we just wanted to stop for a moment.” Suga states that if one of them had stopped at the time, none of them could have followed through to climb the success ladder.

The trailer ends with emotional and happy moments for the Bangtan boys as they call themselves family.
