The 8 Show actor Ryu Jun-Yeol on Han So-Hee dating controversy

As mentioned above, The 8 Show star Ryu Jun-Yeol commented on his dating controversy with actress Han So-Hee in an interview with iMBC Entertainment. While addressing the topic, the actor said (originally in Korean), “I talked about it briefly during the production presentation, but since it was ‘The Eight Show’ at the time, I thought it was right to say it through an interview….Regardless of my will,…As speculations and thoughts were shared on the Internet, reactions were raised as to whether this was true or not. I still think it was best not to talk about it and to accept all the criticism, rather than talking about my position on it.”

In response to the question of whether it was frustrating not to be able to express his feelings on the matter, Ryu Jun-Yeol explained that it is better to say nothing. He believes that if he says something new, it may create more rumors. The actor continued, “I thought it was better to remain silent here than to tell a new story and create new rumors and speculations because of it. I thought it was best and I think it was my responsibility to do it.”

Ryu Jun-Yeol further said that instead of trying to talk about his pain and feelings, he decided to embrace it all. He explained, “It would be possible if I could feel better by talking about all my feelings and pain, but I didn’t think that would happen, so I decided to just embrace it.”

The 8 Show, starring Ryu Jun-Yeol, is currently streaming on Netflix.
