Hierarchy K-drama on Netflix: Release date, cast, trailer & more

Netflix’s upcoming series Hierarchy will be released exclusively on the streaming platform on Friday, June 7, 2024. It boasts a stellar cast, including Lee Chae-Min, Roh Jeong-Eui, and Kim Jae-Won. Netflix also released an intriguing trailer, giving viewers a glimpse of its storyline.

The trailer begins by showcasing a sharp contrast between how Jooshin High School is on the outside and what goes on inside. Despite the mysterious death of a student, all other students go about their regular lives. The high school prioritizes maintaining perfect order as the top 0.01% of the students are from the elite ruling class and control the hierarchy. Meanwhile, trouble ensues after transfer student Kang-Ha enters the school.

While the millennial students live luxurious lives, Kang-Ha faces harsh criticism from fellow students, including Jooshin Group’s heir Ri-An (Kim Jae-Won). The two engage in a fierce confrontation when the latter warns Kang-Ha, saying, “We’re at Jooshin right now. Don’t do anything you can’t handle.” However, Kang-Ha soon becomes the topic of a scandal. He boldly kisses Ri-An’s girlfriend and the school’s popular student, Jung Jae-Yi (Roh Jeong-Eui).

To watch it all unfold, don’t forget to watch Hierarchy on Friday, June 7, 2024, on Netflix.
