Hospital Playlist Actor Jeon Mi-Do Reveals Why She Chose to Star in Upcoming K-Drama Connection

SBS’s upcoming K-drama Connection featuring Jeon Mi-Do is already buzzing among the audience. Directed by Kim Moon-Kyo and penned by Lee Hyeon, it is a crime suspense drama. Mi-Do is filming a crime thriller for the first time. Her looks as Oh Yun-Jin is revealed in the released still-cuts. In a recent conversation, she shared why she chose to do this drama.

The storyline revolves around an ace detective of the narcotics team, Jang Jae-Kyeong (Ji Sung), who becomes an addict himself. On the other hand, Jeon Mi-Do plays Oh Yun-Jin, a straightforward reporter for the Economic Daily. Now, viewers are excited to see how the characters get involved with one another.

Jeon Mi-Do’s character in Connection revealed

SBS drops a new set of pictures revealing Jeon Mi-Do’s character in Connection. She plays Oh Yun-Jin, a serious and straightforward reporter who knows how to fight for her spot in the tough industry.

In the newly released still cuts, she exudes a shocking expression and shows her reporter side in her attire. In the photos, she is wearing a casual shirt with a warm coat and gives a terrified look.

The South Korean actress is proving her worth with her outstanding acting skills and portraying Oh Yun-Jin’s evolving characteristics. Talking about why she chose to do the drama, Jeon Mi-Do shared with SBS Entertainment, “I found the process of the two imperfect protagonists digging into the case interesting. A more realistic character than anyone else who honestly reveals her desires.” She further added, “Please watch why Oh Yun-jin had no choice but to be like that and how she changes.”

Praising the Hospital Playlist actress, the production team shared, “Jeon Mi-do has an outstanding ability to make her character her own in an instant. She will fly around in ‘Connection,’ so please watch Mi-Do’s passionate performance together.”
