Marry My Husband Poster Teases a Vengeful Park Min-Young With Cake

Popular K-drama Marry My Husband released a brand-new poster showcasing the lead Park Min-Young’s character, Kim Ji-Won, all set for revenge. Adapted from a web novel of the same name by Sung So-Jak, the series follows the story of terminally ill Kim Ji-Won, who travels back in time to seek revenge on her husband and her best friend, who had an affair behind her back. The drama is all set to air on January 1, 2024, on tvN.

The new Marry My Husband poster teases a vengeful Kim Ji-Won, all ready for her revenge. She has a cake in front of her as a symbol of her revenge. The series is one of the most-awaited K-dramas of the new year and will mark Park Min-Young’s return to the K-drama scene. She was last seen in the 2022 drama Love in Contract. Marry My Husband’s intriguing storyline is all set to keep viewers hooked for the series. The drama also stars Na In-Woo, Lee Yi-Kyung, and Song Ha-Yoon in lead roles.

In the new poster for Marry My Husband, Kim Ji-Won (Park Min-Young) is wearing a black wedding dress. A black veil accompanies the dress as Ji-Won slyly looks at the camera. In front of her, there is a huge white cake. Written on the cake is the question, “Will You Marry My Husband,” indicating her husband and best friend’s affair.

In the K-drama, Ji-Won will be initially shown as a terminally ill patient. She receives news of her cancer diagnosis and begins treatment in a hospital. However, witnessing her husband, Park Min-Hwan (Lee Yi-Kyung), and best friend, Jung Soo-Min (Song Ha-Yoon), have an affair turns her world upside down. As fate would have it, she travels back in time for the sole purpose of seeking revenge on the two.

In the new Marry My Husband poster, Ji-Won sits next to a cake, red candles, and flowers. It looks like she’s prepared the cake to gift to her husband and best friend on their wedding day, indicating an impending revenge ride. Meanwhile, to succeed in her revenge, Ji-Won will ask her fellow employee and friend, Yoo Ji-Hyeok (Na In-Woo), to help her.
