Aditi Rao Hydari reveals why she publicly announced her engagement to Siddharth
Aditi Rao Hydari has been rigorously involved in the promotions of Heeramandi. During a chat with Bollywood Bubble, the actress candidly talked about her engagement to Siddharth and shared some details. She revealed that the ceremony took place at an ancient temple that has been in Hydari’s family for centuries. She said, “I wanted to mark our beginning at a temple of my family which is 400 years old. I wanted to go there and do puja and we had a little engagement.”
The actress further added that the rumors about their engagement were going crazy. As a result, she and her partner decided to address them with a post. Moreover, it was her mother who asked her to make an official announcement. She said, “There were so many rumors going around, so to clarify them we decided to put up this photo on Instagram because my mom told me, ‘Please logo ko bata do, call aarahe hai nonstop (Please tell people, I am receiving calls nonstop).’ So, it was – ‘She said yes, he said yes.'”
