The latest Malayalam survival thriller, Manjummel Boys, is witnessing its dream run in the theaters. Ever since its release, the film has shown tremendous growth at the box office. While it is minting good numbers, the movie has also received positive reviews from the audience and critics. Reports suggest that the Telugu dubbing of the movie is currently underway, considering its success. Here are the alleged details about the film’s Telugu dub release.
Manjmummel Boys is based on an actual incident that took place in the Guna Caves of Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu, in 2006. A group of young men visited the caves, and one of them accidentally fell into it. Popularly known as the Devil’s Kitchen, the caves had already seen many deaths. However, as his friends were adamant about saving him, one tied himself with a rope and entered the caves. He ultimately saved his friend, and the boys safely returned home.
Apart from survival, Manjummel Boys has focused on true friendship. The movie depicts how the boys do not give up and risk their own lives to save him.
Chidambaram directed the film, while Parava Films bankrolled it. Manjummel Boys boasts an ensemble cast that includes Soubin Shahir, Sreenath Bhasi, Ganapathi, Deepak Parambol, Lal Jr., and others.
When will the Manjummel Boys Telugu dub be released?
In the past few months, several filmmakers have dubbed Malayalam films into other languages. The theaters recently released the Telugu dubbed version of Mammootty’s horror thriller Bramayugam. Moreover, Naslen’s Premalu Telugu dubbing is also underway. According to a report by OTTplay, Manjummel Boys will soon be released in Telugu.
The report claimed that the movie’s Telugu version will be out on March 15, 2024. Its dubbing is allegedly underway, and a popular producer has come on board to release it. An official announcement regarding the same is awaited
